Punchlist Marfa was created to make property maintenance easier for homeowners, second-home owners, Realtors, and contractors here in Marfa.

We know that a property always seems to have a list. A door that needs adjusting, a screen that needs repairing, a filter that needs changing, or a handful of small projects that keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list. That's where we come in.

We provide dependable handyman services, property care, and punch-list support so you can get things done without having to track down a different person for every little job.

A Little About Who's Behind Punchlist

Howdy! I'm Lindsey, the owner of Punchlist Marfa. Through my years as a Realtor in Marfa, along with my experience in property management, I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be to find someone to tackle those smaller repairs and maintenance projects that inevitably come up. That's what inspired me to start Punchlist.

I handle the scheduling and coordination, working with a small team of local handymen and women to help get those projects crossed off your list.

My husband, Dustin, owns Homework Marfa, a local design and renovation company. While Punchlist and Homework are separate businesses, our services naturally complement each other. Punchlist handles everyday repairs, maintenance, installations, and smaller projects, while Homework focuses on larger renovations and construction.
