Punchlist Marfa was created to make property maintenance easier for homeowners, second-home owners, Realtors, and contractors throughout the Marfa area.

Through our close relationship with Homework Marfa, a local construction and renovation company, we also have access to trusted local professionals when a project requires expertise beyond our scope. For larger renovations and construction projects, we can connect you with the right people.

Our goal is simple: take care of what we can, coordinate what we can't, and make property ownership a little easier.
