Looking for ongoing care for your Marfa property?

Our Property Care plans provide regular check-ins and preventative maintenance, whether you're nearby or hundreds of miles away.

    A convenient check-in for second homes and properties that aren't occupied year-round. We'll look for visible issues, leaks, damage, HVAC concerns, and anything else that needs attention, with photos provided afterward.

    We'll check your home before you arrive, making sure the HVAC, water, hot water, appliances, and other essentials are operating properly.

    Heading out of town? We'll check the property after you leave, make sure everything is secure, and look for anything that needs attention.

  • $249/quarter

    A preventative maintenance visit every three months, including a property check, HVAC filter check/replacement, smoke and CO detector check, visible plumbing inspection, doors/windows, exterior check, and photo report.

  • $399/quarter

    For homeowners who want a little more hands-on care. Includes everything in Quarterly Home Care, plus priority scheduling, filter replacement, and up to 30 minutes of minor maintenance during each quarterly visit.

  • Arriving in Marfa after a long trip? Send us your grocery list and we'll shop locally and have your home stocked and ready before you arrive. We can also take care of other pre-arrival essentials, from household supplies to your favorite snacks and beverages.
